If you know that was something in the 'Harry Potter World' that you want (that was not listed), please contact an admin. It might be gone/missing for a reason, or maybe we forgot it. The one's crossed out you probably won't most likely get, and for good reasons too, but that doesn't mean you can't ask. If you have a good enough plot for it we might consider you to have it. To get a object fill out the claim form below.
Two-Way Mirrors
A two-way mirror is one in a pair of mirrors that are magically connected. This allows people to communicate with each other between locations.
Please Note, if you sign up for this please tell us who the 'other' mirror belongs to.
Pensieve
The Pensieve is an object used to review memories. It has the appearance of a shallow stone basin, into which are carved runes and strange symbols. It is filled with a silvery substance that appears to be a cloud-like liquid/gas; the collected memories of people who have siphoned their recollections into it. Memories can then be viewed from a third-person point of view.
Mokeskin pouch
Mokeskin pouch is a kind of small bag that is used for storing items, which no one but the owner can get out. It appears small on the outside, but an enchantment allows it to have much greater carrying capacity than any muggle pouch of comparable size.
The Marauder's Map
The Marauder's Map is a magical document that reveals all of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Not only does it show every classroom, every hallway, and every corner of the castle, but it also shows every inch of the grounds, as well as all the secret passages that are hidden within its walls and the location of every person in the grounds, portrayed by a dot. It is also capable of accurately identifying each person, and is not fooled by animagi, polyjuice potions, or invisibility cloaks. It can also reveal secret passages the Marauders found.
Omnioculars
Omnioculars are the wizarding equivalent of Muggle binoculars. Omnioculars have the additional features of being able to slow down and replay action. Apparently intended for viewing Quidditch matches, they will provide the user with a play-by-play breakdown if desired. Omnioculars are made from brass and are covered in knobs and dials.
Sneakoscope
A Sneakoscope is a type of Dark Detector that looks like a glass spinning top. It lights up, spins, and whistles if someone is doing something untrustworthy nearby.
Secrecy Sensor
A Secrecy Sensor is a type of Dark Detector. It is shaped like an aerial, but it is gold in colour and very squiggly. It vibrates when it detects concealment and lies.
Revealer
A Revealer is a magical device that renders invisible ink visible. It looks like an ordinary Muggle eraser, though it is bright red. Hermione Granger owns one that she bought at a shop in Diagon Alley. She once tried to use it on Tom Riddle's old school diary, unsuccessfully, in 1992.
Remembrall
A Remembrall is a hand-sized ball that glows red when its holder has forgotten something. It then turns clear once whatever was forgotten is remembered. It doesn't tell you what you've forgotten though.
Probity Probe
A Probity Probe is a type of Dark Detector that looks like a golden car antenna. It is waved in front of a person in order to detect concealment spells or hidden magical objects.
Foe-glass
A Foe-Glass is a type of Dark Detector. It looks like a mirror, but instead of a reflection it shows the enemies of its possessor. The figures appear as "shadows" but become clearer and more visible as the enemies get closer to the possessor.
Invisibility Cloaks
An Invisibility Cloak is a magical garment which renders whatever it covers unseeable. They may be made from hair of Demiguise, a magical creature that possesses the power to become invisible. This property is used to make the wearer of the cloak invisible. However, as Xenophilius Lovegood tells Harry, Ron, and Hermione, such a cloak will gradually lose its effectiveness as the hair becomes more and more opaque. The cloak can also be formed from an ordinary travelling cloak, enchanted with an exceptionally strong disillusionment charm or a bedazzling hex. One of the Deathly Hallows is a cloak, however that's the only one that never becomes opaque, or render it's effectiveness.
Resurrection Stone
The Resurrection Stone was one of the Deathly Hallows. According to legend, whoever united it with the Elder Wand and the Cloak of Invisibility would be the Master of Death. It was either created by, or given by Death to, Cadmus Peverell, the second of the Peverell brothers, it had the power to bring people back from the dead, but only as clearly-defined spirits who disappear the moment the Stone is released. On its surface is drawn the symbol of the Deathly Hallows: a circle inscribed in a triangle, down the middle of which ran a line.
Please Note, no one can currently find the stone, as it was dropped somewhere in the middle of the forest. chances of finding it are slim to none. i'd prefer it not to be found, but if you wish to contact an admin about it, then go right ahead.
Elder Wand
The Elder Wand, variably known as the Deathstick, the Wand of Destiny, the Eldruhn Wand, and the Ellhorn Wand, was one of the fabled Deathly Hallows. According to legend, whoever united it with the Resurrection Stone and the Cloak of Invisibility would become the Master of Death. It was said to be the most powerful wand that had ever existed, and was able to perform feats of magic that would normally be considered impossible, such as fully mending another wand that was thought to be damaged beyond repair.
Please Note, harry potter is the current 'master' of the wand, but it was returned to where it should have stayed to begin with.
Deluminator
The Deluminator, also known as the Put-Outer, is a device used by Albus Dumbledore (the first known owner and probable designer of the one Deluminator known to exist) to remove light sources from the Deluminator's immediate surroundings. It looks like a standard cigarette lighter.
Penknife
Sirius Black gave Harry Potter a magical penknife for Christmas in 1994. It had attachments designed to open any lock and untie any knot, even if they have been protected against Alohomora or such similar spells. To use the device to open a locked door, one inserted its blade into the crack between door and doorframe, then slide it up and down. However, there are some doors that cannot be opened by this knife such as the door to the Love Chamber in the Department of Mysteries. This particular lock caused the blade to melt.
